Imperial Fist Veteran Sergeant

It's done!
Ok I've finished the Imperial Fist Veteran Sergeant. It was a fun to paint, I really enjoyed myself using the Vallejo Glaze Medium. I've used it for all she shadows of the armour. I've made many glazes of bestial brown first and of scorched brown later.

Ok the model will be on eBay very soon.

The plinth with the Imperial Fists icon (Forgeworld etched brass) is included.

  1. Love it - I'm a big Imperial Fists fan. What colors did you use for the yellows?

  2. I love them too and when I can I paint an IF model :)
Regarding colors: base with Tausept Ochre, then layers of pure yellow (I do not remember the Vallejo name but it's similar to the GW Sunbrust Yellow). Anyway the real effect is made by the shadows: glazes of bestial brown and later glazes of scorched brown.

    Thank you!
