Dark Angels Sternguard Veteran

It's done. I've finally finished this model, a Dark Angels Sternguard Veteran.
If you are interested, some of you asked this to me, the green was made with Citadel Games Workshop Caliban Green highlighted with Bad Moon Yellow in order to have a cool acid green.

Tomorrow afternoon I'll put this miniature on eBay as promised.

I'm quite satisfied with this model since I've spent many weeks without painting at all... my real life kept me away from my workbench!
It's time to move on... who said Black Templar Sternguard Veteran? :D

Dark Angels Sternguard Veteran - wip #2

Ok, so it seems that the painting demon caught me once again :)
The model is almost finished, I just need to paint the backpack of this Dark Angels Sternguard Veteran Space Marine from Games Workshop, and to create a base... maybe some kind of concrete ruin.

As usually, this model will be sold on eBay.

Pictures!

Dark Angels Sternguard Veteran - wip #1

Ok, after the 1st part of the home relocation I've found out my colors and brushes so I restart to paint. I still do not know where my softbox is, so I couldn't take the best pictures ever...

In the last days I've started another Space Marine for eBay, a Dark Angels Sternguard Veteran.

Take a look at him!

Anyway tomorrow I'll take the final pics and I'll put this model on eBay.

Dark Angels Terminator Chaplain - wip #3

Sometimes you have more time to paint, sometimes you do not have at all... but the passion never dies!
One month passed since my last update, but the Dark Angel Terminator Chaplain is almost finished!
I need to paint the storm bolter, the cloack, few details of the metal and the base.
As usually this model will be sold on eBay.

Dark Angels Terminator Chaplain - wip #2

Second update with the Dark Angels Terminator Chaplain.
As you can see I'm still working on the armour, 70% done. I still have to paint the whole right leg and to add more black shadows.

Dark Angels Terminator Chaplain - wip #1

Taking pictures of a black model is always very hard and I think it's even harder when you have painted only a tiny fraction of the whole model... anyway that my new model, a Dark Angels Terminator Chaplain.
I'll show you two shots, one with and another without the flash.

I've noticed that the new Games Workshop base colors are quite shiny, I've used a Caliban Green for the right shoulderpad.

Deathwing Terminator Master

So the Deathwing Terminator Master is finally over. It was a kind of test for a lot of techniques. Let's say that I've used the 85% of my "painting firepower". Honestly I'm quite satisfied. ;)

As usually this model is for sale, on E-bay. Just click the button on the top of the page.

Deathwing Terminator Master - wip #5

Almost at the end of the road with this Deathwing Terminator Master. This is the last wip since tomorrow I hope to close this miniature.
I still need to finish the cloak, add some lights, correct the mistake on the weapon (2nd picture) and make & paint the base.
I really like the final deeper shadows made with brown oil glazing. I like this technique.
For the sword, I've avoided the horrible Games Workshop mix of NMM and True Metal. I've painted it entirely with metal colors, blended together.

As usually, this model will be sold on E-Bay.

Deathwing Terminator Master - wip #4

Very little updates this week. Sadly I did not have much time to paint my Deathwing Terminator Master. Anyway, I've almost finished the cloak and I've started the right arm. The pieces are not glued, I've used a bit of Patafix (that white stuff you see in the pics) to hold everything in place.

Deathwing Terminator Master - wip #3

Next update of the Terminator Deathwing Master.
Damn, I'm spending too much time on this model... and when I do such thing I start to lose my "painting momentum"... I have to finish this miniature for the end of the week!
Anyway, the main body is almost finished. I have to add more shadows, especially on the metals.
For this model I've used a mix of all techniques I know, even oil colors...

Stop chattering and take a look at the pictures!

I also remember you that in less than 24h, two auctions of my model will finish... so hurry up with the biddings: E-Bay link

Deathwing Terminator Master - wip #2

Second update with my Deathwing Terminator Master.
As you can see, I'm painting this model using a mixed technique with airbrush and normal brush. I've used the airbrush to get a smoother base and a general sense of the volumes and of the shadows. Lights and shadows were repainted with a lot of layers of glazes.
Still a lot to do on the torso.
I'll probably will not paint battle damages on this model in order to recreate a kind of ceremony armor.
I started with the idea to finish this miniature for yesterday, but as you can see I'm still very far from the end.
This model will be sold on E-Bay soon.

The picture of the back is almost useless since I'll add a Terminator cloak that will cover almost everything.

Deathwing Mortis Contemptor

Done!!!
Hello to everybody!
This is my latest model that I've painted (mostly for E-Bay, but for fun too). Tomorrow I'll put it on sale.

The falling bullets effect was cop... coff coff inspired by the Nemesis Dreadknight done by Piqui & Arsies.
